We take on a “Design and Build” approach to our works and play both the main contractor and the chief designer of the project. We believe that well-executed projects need to be executed in-house!
As the saying goes, too many cooks spoil the soup! So, we orchestrate all our works with the designer as the head chef to make sure the recipe comes out just right, every time.

Home Overhauls
Just bought an old house? The current market is filled with houses that are 30 years or older. Such homes typically require an overhaul and a good layout change to suit demanding and multifaceted lifestyles. These home overhauls are too small of a project for architects to take on and too large of a project for an interior designer well-versed in apartments to manage. So much goes into these old gems! Having a good knowledge of the structure and routing of M&E services are essential in transforming these uncut stones into shining diamonds.
Additions and Alterations (A&A) / Reconstruction
Looking to add a new level to an existing 2-storey building, extend an existing floor plate, or add a lap pool in the front garden? These works come under the periphery of a builder.
We are a Licensed Builder and we work with Architects and Engineers to ensure that these additions are legal and structurally sound. The primary difference between Additions and Alterations (A&A) and Reconstruction is the scale of these works. If more than 50% of the structure, Gross Floor Area (GFA), and Facade are adjusted, an A&A project becomes a Reconstruction and they differ largely in the submittal requirements and process of submission.

New Construction
Degradation of old buildings is not a common subject in Singapore. With land prices rising fast these days, savvy homeowners (with deep pockets) may prefer to take a long-term view to rebuild an existing property. Most houses are primed to last for at least 50 years but more often than not, properties more than 30 years do show signs of aging, especially in our harsh climate.
If you’re looking for a fuss-free approach to rebuilding, we are the people to speak to. Unlike conventional contracts where the Architect is responsible for the exterior and the Interior Designer the interior, we believe that design should be harmonious both inside and out.
Our approach is to design both interior spaces and exterior spaces at once, so you will be able to understand every area of the home in relation to the overall shape and form of the building! Once that is sorted, our project team will take on the role as the Main Builder and guide you through the rest of the home-building process.
We are a Licensed GB1 builder and the adoption of a Design and Build contract allows homeowners to deal directly with us, the Main Builder to build your dream home. The Architects, Engineers, and necessary Qualified Professionals will be seconded into our contract so that you will only have one point of contact for the project!

Interior Renovation
If you’ve just bought a new condominium or apartment and the condition of it is relatively new but you’re looking to spruce the place up so that it has more interior details and character, then a home interior renovation is what you’re after!
We go to great lengths for interior renovation projects. We typically relook at the layout to see if the home could be better planned and would advise the necessary soft touches to turn a box home that developers turn over into a home, so full of character, it becomes the default location for all your gatherings.

Landed Home Overhauls / Regut
Salvaging old grotty houses and breathing a new lease of life into them are our bread and butter! The existing market is filled with houses in original condition or landed homes with quite a number of rectifications and modifications required to keep up to pace with the current demands of life.
We love changing the entire layout and making it more livable than it originally was from the inside out! Not all old houses require a submission ( A&A / Reconstruction) to be revived, if the bones of the house are good and space is adequate - you’ll find yourself living in your dream home with just a major renovation, unrecognizable from the old gem that you first purchased!
Interior Design
Interior Design goes beyond looks and trends and should reflect individuality and character. Just like how every family is different, every home should be too! In every project we go out of our way to concoct a unique blend of styles to suit every family member and set the stage for things to involve and change.
