This Modern American Country apartment belongs to a SG x American couple. The brief was to create a space that would remind the foreigner spouse of her home in Los Angeles.

Together, we endeavoured to simplify + modernise the otherwise multi layered American Country style and reinvent it in a manner that was fitting in today's modern context.

In the words of renowned Architect, Mies Van der Rohe - " Less is more". This project is about making elements and features - simple and palatable. Easy on the eyes and forever timeless. The use of distressed oak wood x white will definitely be a style to stay!
