MODERN MINIMALIST HOME WITH CLEAN NEAT LINES

 

 

 

Our owners for this project had a keen eye for details and using exceptional materials. The brief was initially a mix of jap/scandi/minimalist with warm tones and create an alfresco dining area on the roof level.  

 

We removed a bedroom in the initial layout to create the possibility of marrying the kitchen, living and dining spaces. The pattern of the engineered wood flooring embodies length and direction whereas the TV carpentry wall ticks the Japanese feel. The rooms surrounding the core of the kitchen, living and dining allows for the evolving possibilities of the spaces.

 

Large windows showcase views of the city skyline and open the interior to natural light. We filled the space with modern and rustic furniture and lighting and layered the space with different textures and materials.
