Located within the esteemed Art Deco, 'Gotham' building of Parkview Square, JCO office attempts to inject a modern sophisticated twist to an otherwise formally adorned building.

We modernised elements of the Art Deco and broke the monotony of offices by adopting an open floor plan that allows for spaces to be created according to the users' needs. 

​

All desks in the open work space area can be folded and tucked away to make way for a 200 seater seminar hall. The office freely breaks away from a rigid cubicle layout and transform to a flexible event space.

​

The idea of openness and transparency- values important to the Insurance business is also translated through the use of glass and lines.
